Isabella Loaiza-Saa

Isabella is a Masters student and research assistant at the Collective Learning Group.  She holds a Bachelors in Business and Bachelors in Logistics and Production from Universidad el Rosario in Bogota, Colombia. 

Her research focuses on the capacity that groups have to accumulate knowledge, and how this  capacity is affected by communication and social structure.  More specifically, she is interested in understanding how can we maximize the amount of knowledge that a group is able to hold. 

Isabella has also worked on the application of agent-based modeling for management and organizational studies.
