Dana holds a PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering (Biomechanics) on the topic of non-rigid kinematics in human motion analysis (2016, Technion Israel institute of technology). Her research interests include human movement, musculoskeletal biomechanics, soft tissue biomechanics, and biomechanical design. Dana joined the Biomechatronics group in January 2017 as postdoctoral fellow. Her current focus is on soft-tissue computational modelling and 3D imaging methods for optimized prosthetic socket design.
