This project focuses on new methods for analyzing, visualizing, and interacting with large text and speech collections. We are exploring transparent and interactive knowledge representations, graphical representations that provide users with the gist of complex underlying data, and methods for displaying data at multiple scales. This work has a wide range of applications in data mining and knowledge management.
