MobiCollab explores the non-intrusive use of mobile phones in meetings. Currently, mobile phones are only non-intrusive during meetings if used for text messaging, and do not provide a specific set of tools for meetings. MobiCollab allows users to record key moments in a meeting and then collaboratively generate a transcript of these events. We have shown that MobiCollab can be used in a meeting without disturbing the meeting while providing a record of events better than hand-written notes.
