ThruWave makes the invisible visible with human-safe millimeter waves—high frequency radio waves that have the unique ability to pass through optically-opaque materials to make obscured objects visible. ThruWave's imagers transmit low-power mmW energy and collect radar reflections to form a 3D view of hidden objects. These state-of-the-art 3D mmW imagers can be used for robotics, construction (structural analysis), and quality control. Imagine seeing inside closed packages before they leave a warehouse, seeing through fog or snow to sense the road ahead, seeing plumbing and electrical in closed walls during construction. ThruWave's expertise spans applied physics, electromagnetics, signal processing, and GPU computing applied to mmW imaging and related mmW radar system challenges.
