Listed below in alpha-order are vendors who have consistently provided a high level of service for events hosted in E14/E15. When calling a vendor, mention "The Media Lab" as a reference.

Notes to all vendors:

It is the Event Host’s responsibility to arrange drop off and pick up of all deliveries. Use of the loading dock must be approved prior to all load ins / load outs.

All vehicles must turn off vehicle ignition when parked in the loading dock.

No delivery vehicles may be left in the loading dock after load-in / load-out. The vehicle must be moved to street parking or a paid parking lot. On-site parking is not available.

All catering equipment and party rental equipment must be removed after the event is over unless other arrangements have been coordinated in advance with the E14/E15 Scheduler.

Any damages to the E14/E15 premises may result in the Host and/or Caterer paying for the cost of repairs.

Catering

These caterers provide full-service catering services. Many of them will provide drop-off services upon request. An asterisk (*) indicates a "drop-off only" catering vendor.

Event hosts are responsible to inform their caterer to remove all trash from the event upon leaving E14/E15.
