WISDM, the Women in Innovation and STEM Database at MIT managed by the MIT Innovation Initiative (MITii),  has announced a fellowship program dedicated to promoting the visibility of women in the MIT academic community, increasing gender diversity in innovation and entrepreneurship, and making it easier to find talented and diverse speakers for various events. 

The first batch of fellowship recipients includes Biomechatronics researcher Ayse Guvenilir and Space Enabled researcher Ufuoma Ovienmhada, who are among a total of 20 women selected for the program.
