Deborah Widener marks her 20th year at the Media Lab in 2017. She is a Program Manager for the Lab's Member Relations group, and administrator for Andy Lippman's Viral Communications research group, and the cross-MIT Communications Futures Program. She received MIT's Infinite Mile Award for extraordinary contributions to help the Institute carry out its mission: to advance knowledge and educate students in science, technology and other areas of scholarship that will best serve the nation and the world in the 21st century.
