We have recently completed the first iteration of Space Explorations—a curriculum based on our larger C3 program, co-designed with teams of public librarians from Charlotte Mecklenburg Library (North Carolina) and Cambridge Public Library (Massachusetts). Through the series, patrons were able to explore space effects and environments; spacecraft and mission design; gathering and recording data; and launching a tethered balloon. 

Moving forward, we’ll be developing kits based on our initial curriculum series for easy deployment in libraries across the world. Our second series will begin this fall with public library partners in Georgia and Ballerup, Denmark.
