With the Digital Learning + Collaboration Studio, my work focuses on developing new learning experiences and programs in the domains of professional & graduate education and outreach. Currently, I'm co-designing creative learning activities based on Media Lab research for implementation in public libraries, as part of the PLIX project; promoting an internal culture of learning at the Lab through development of graduate courses and community workshops;  and creating online courses for professional learning grounded in coursework ongoing at the Media Lab.

Formerly, I was a graduate student at the Lab in the Sculpting Evolution group, where I investigated in situ engineering of mixed microbial ecosystems; directed evolution of conjugative plasmids by liquid-handling robot; and the development of a Responsive Science model for ethical and collaborative ecotechnology development. Previously, I studied microbiology and immunology at the University of New Hampshire
