Dr. Minoo Rathnasabapathy, Research Engineer in Team Space Enabled, gave two presentations that connected with the Scottish space community in May and June 2021.

On Thursday, May 27, Minoo Rathnasabapathy gave a keynote presentation at the 2021 StrathWide event.

StrathWide2021 is a two-day online conference/symposium for Strathclyde assistants, associates and fellows from all job families (research/teaching/knowledge exchange) which aims to promote new collaborations across Faculties.  The conference provides cutting-edge keynote talks, networking opportunities and access to funding support for new collaborative projects.

Organised by researchers for researchers, participants will share their ideas for interdisciplinary projects to address Strathclyde's seven strategic themes and find partners to make it a reality.

On June 16, Minoo Rathnasabapathy gave a presentation at Data.Space 2021 on "Space for Humanity."

The Data.Space 2021 virtual event series allows attendees to discover space-enabled data sources, the application of this data to solve challenges, and look to the future.  Space for Everyone has been the theme of the series, with the goal of discovering why we should be looking to space to address challenges here on Earth.
