This award will support Kao's research on "On-Skin Interface Prototyping Toolkits: Democratizing Next Generation Wearable Computing."

Media Lab alum and former member of the Living Mobile research group, Cindy Hsin-Liu Kao, received a 2021 National Science Foundation (NSF) CAREER award for on-skin interfaces. 

The NSF CAREER award supports early-career faculty who have the potential to serve as academic role models in research and education and to lead advances in the mission of their department or organization.
