Guillermo Herrera-Arcos, a research assistant in the Biomechatronics group, has been named as a One Young World Scholar by the AstraZeneca Young Health Programme (YHP) for 2020/2021. The scholars, coming from all over the world, bring energy, passion, innovation, and new insights to the many health challenges the world faces, tackling non-communicable diseases and creating a healthier future in 14 countries. YHP scholars are invited to attend the annual One Young World Summit, and the next one is happening in Tokyo during 2022.
