Wazeer Zulfikar is a technologist and researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). With a background in computer science, neuroscience, and artificial intelligence, he is passionate about the use of technological systems for enriching human experiences. 

He is primarily focused on wearable prototypes for accessibility challenges, including memory, learning, and communication issues. His current research is on improving real-time communication with a seamless and wearable personalized memory assistant. He is also developing solutions to aid communication for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder who have limited verbal abilities. He has previously published work on predicting cognitive decline and Alzheimer's dementia using conversational speech.

He has published works in InterSpeech, NeurIPS, IJCNN, and more. In the industry, he has previously worked in several startups contributing to advancements in self-driving car technology, quantum single-photon cameras, and next-generation contactless biometric systems.
