Moinina David Sengeh (MIT PhD, Media Arts and Sciences program @ the Media Lab) will briefly discuss his role and vision for action as Chief Innovation Officer. David serves as Adviser to the Chief Minister and President of the Republic of Sierra Leone. He heads the newly formed Directorate of Science, Technology and Innovation (DSTI) in the Office of the President. DSTI's vision is to make Sierra Leone into an entrepreneurship and innovation hub for seeding, translating, and scaling solutions.
