Scratch@MIT is a playful gathering of educators, researchers, developers, and other members of the worldwide Scratch community, hosted at the MIT Media Lab in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on July 26-28, 2018. This year's theme is The Next Generation.
Over three days, attendees will participate in a variety of sessions, including hands-on workshops for exploring Scratch activities, spirited discussions with Scratch educators from around the globe, and interactive demonstrations of new ways to connect Scratch to the physical world.
Keynote talks will feature Media Lab Professor and Scratch founder Mitchel Resnick, writer and artist Austin Kleon, Harvard Professor and ScratchEd creator Karen Brennan, University of Colorado Professor and former Scratch Team member Ricarose Roque, and students from the Scratch community.
Scratch@MIT is sold out.
