Fall 2020 Out of Lab Experience

Below are the Agendas for the Out of Lab Experience International Member Sessions. All sessions will be live sessions and recorded. Unless specified, our presenters and their team members will give a 30-35 minute presentation, followed by a Q&A. We will offer English-Japanese simultaneous interpretation services and live English transcription services for all sessions listed below. We are listing our faculty and postdocs at this moment. However, in many sessions, their students are also expected to join.

These sessions require registrations. Please go to the main OOLE site for registration. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation immediately through our Registration system. For International Member Sessions below, the registrants will receive a reminder and  the Zoom login information  12 to 24 hours prior to the sessions from Mirei Rioux via regular email.  You can also find the Zoom login information from the OOLE Calendar. To view the info, please enter the work email address that you used for registration.

Disclaimer: These sessions are expected to be recorded for the purpose of creating a playback available for viewing at a later date by interested individuals, as well as a part of ongoing research on remote collaboration conducted by the MIT Media Lab. By participating in this session, you shall be deemed to have consented to the recording of the live session as well as to the use of the data collected for research purposes. You can opt to turn on or off your camera, based on your preference.

Please contact Mirei Rioux (rioux@media.mit.edu) if you have any questions.
