This project focuses on fabricating precision micro-machine systems in one, two, and three dimensions. The typical systems are smaller than 1mm x 1mm in size, and incorporate sensing and actuation in a single, micro-fabricated device. We are also interested in novel mechanical mechanisms and how they translate to micro-scale devices.
