Are you interested in the MIT Media Lab and wondering what it's like to conduct research here? Learn more and ask questions without traveling to Cambridge by attending one of our virtual information sessions!

We will host the following webinars in the fall:

Monday, September 25 at 2:30pm EST:  Learn About MAS from Current Students
Two MAS students—Bianca Datta, Object-Based Media and Marc Exposito Gomez, Social Machines—will present on their journey to the Media Lab. An MAS administrator will provide a program overview and answer questions. Register here

Tuesday, October 3 at 3pm EST:  Introducing our Newest Research Group: Space Enabled
Professor Danielle Wood, our newest MAS faculty member, will talk about her research group, Space Enabled. This group is accepting new students this admissions cycle! Register here

Thursday, October 19 at 9am EST: Prof. Danielle Wood Presents Space Enabled Methods
MAS faculty member Prof. Danielle Wood will present on her new research group, Space Enabled. The focus of this session will be on the methods that the Space-Enabled group will use to advance justice and development, including the following: 1) social science theory building; 2) complex systems modeling; 3) advancing space craft engineering; 4) designing and implementing space-enabled applications for societal benefit. Register here.

Tuesday, October 24 at 2:30pm EST:  Research Talks by MAS Students
Two MAS students—Nicole L'Huillier, Opera of the Future and Pedro Reynolds-Cuéllar, Personal Robots—will present some of their current research projects. Register here

Monday, October 30 at 4pm EST: Prof. Danielle Wood Presents Space Enabled Reading Recommendations
MAS faculty member Prof. Danielle Wood will present on her new research group, Space Enabled. The focus of this session will be on the reading list that Prof. Wood recommends with topics of interest to the Space Enabled Research Group. Register here!

Monday, November 13 at 2pm EST:  Prof. Wood Presents Space Enabled Group Culture & Student Experience

MAS faculty member Prof. Danielle Wood will present on her new research group, Space Enabled. The focus of this session will be on the student experience in Space Enabled and the team culture she hopes to build in the Research Group. Register here!
